The Law Reform Commission will be holding a conference in November 2016 at which all interested parties are invited to attend. This conference follows publication earlier this year of the Commission's consultative Issue Paper on Regulatory Enforcement and Corporate Offences. The conference will form a vital part of the Commission's ongoing consultative process, which will culminate in 2017 of its final Report on this important area of law.
