Submissions are invited from all interested parties on the Commission's Issues Paper entitled ' Regulatory Enforcement and Corporate Offences’. The full text of the issues paper can be found here, which includes for the option to submit in-document responses should you wish to avail of same. Details of the various options to submit your response - whether verbally, in-document, by email (direct to: corporateoffences@lawreform.ie) or by post - can be found here.
