CATEGORY D3: COURT PERSONNEL
The Statute Law Revision Programme considers the instruments in this category to be suitable for revocation.
This category consists of orders that particular court districts around Ireland will be served by only one clerk. The instruments were made pursuant to section 6 of the Petty Sessions (Clerk) (Ireland) Act 1858 (21 & 22 Vict.) c. 100. This section of the Petty Sessions (Clerk) (Ireland) Act 1858 remains in force.
The Statute Law Revision Programme consulted with the Department of Justice and the Courts Service on the instruments in this category. The Department and the Courts Service agreed that the instruments were suitable for revocation.
Please note that spellings are recorded as they appear in the original print versions of the Dublin Gazette and have not been standardised or modernised. The wording of the subject matter of instruments is not final and is subject to change.
