CATEGORY E1: BOUNTIES, GRATUITIES, PRIZES AND PAYMENT OF TROOPS

 

The Statute Law Revision Programme considers the instruments in this category to be suitable for revocation.

 

This category consists of orders and proclamations relating to bounties, gratuities, annuities, prizes and payment of troops generally. The instruments were made pursuant to prerogative authority.

 

The Statute Law Revision Programme consulted with the Department of Defence and the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform on the instruments in this category. Both Departments agreed that the instruments were suitable for revocation.
