The Statute Law Revision Programme considers the instrument in this category to be suitable for revocation


This category consists of a warrant assigning to the Lord Lieutenant of Ireland a Union flag with an emblem of the arms of Ireland. The instrument was made pursuant to prerogative authority. 


The Statute Law Revision Programme consulted with the Department of the Taoiseach on the instrument in this category. The Department agreed that the instrument was suitable for revocation.
