This category consists of bye-laws regulating markets in Dublin. The instruments were made pursuant to sections 72 and 73 of the Dublin Improvement Act 1849 (12 & 13 Vict.) c. 97. This Act remains in force.

The Statute Law Revision Programme consulted with Dublin City Council on the instruments in this category. The Council agreed that the instruments were suitable for revocation.
