[i] The instruments in this category were retained by the Statute Law Revision Act 2015. As statute law revision is an ongoing and continuous process, the Statute Law Revision Programme sought the view of the Department of Tourism, Culture, Arts, Gaeltacht, Sport and Media and the National Library on whether it was still necessary to retain them. Both the Department and the National Library considered that they were suitable for revocation.
