Fourth Programme of Law Reform - Annual Conference 2012

Wednesday, 21st November 2012 | 0 comments

The Law Reform Commission is preparing a Fourth Programme of Law Reform under the Law Reform Commission Act 1975. The new Programme will, over the coming years, form the principal basis on which we carry out our statutory mandate to keep the law under review with a view to its reform and modernisation.

We are inviting all interested parties to make submissions on possible areas of the law to be considered for inclusion in the new Programme of Law Reform. Submissions need not be in any particular format, and they can be sent by email to fourthprogramme@lawreform.ie or by letter to: Law Reform Commission, Fourth Programme of Law Reform, 35-39 Shelbourne Road, Ballsbridge, Dublin 4.

The development of the new Programme of Law Reform will also be the subject of the Commission’s Annual Conference for 2012.  For further details click here, or see programme below.

The Annual Conference will take place on the 11th of December in the Radisson Blu, Golden Lane, Dublin 8.  Registration from 8.15am, with a start time of 9am.
