First Programme of Statute Law Restatement 2008-2010
The First Programme of Restatement encompasses restatements of 74 Acts, including groups of related legislation. The list of Acts in the Programme below is arranged in accordance with the Classified List of Legislation in Ireland as set out in the Commission’s Consultation Paper on a Classified List of Legislation in Ireland(LRC CP 62-2010).
Pre-certified Restatements
The Commission is making pre-certified restatements available linked to this page, for the purpose of inviting comment and feedback before a restatement is certified by the Attorney General under section 2 of the Statute Law (Restatement) Act 2002.
