President Mary Laffoy, Commissioner Raymond Byrne and Commissioner Tom O’Malley appeared before the Oireachtas Committee on Finance, Public Expenditure and Reform, and Taoiseach on 26th February 2019 to discuss the Commission’s two volume report on Regulatory Powers and Corporate Offences which was published in October 2018.
