The Law Reform Commission’s Annual Conference: “Brexit and Law Reform in Ireland” will take place on Wednesday 14th November 2018, 9.30am to 1pm at the Radisson Blu Hotel, Golden Lane, Dublin 8. The relevant press release can be found here.

The conference will feature a keynote address by Advocate General Gerard Hogan, Court of Justice of the European Union.

The conference will also include speeches by: Patrick Leonard SC, Bar Council of Ireland; Professor Blanaid Clarke, McCann FitzGerald Chair in Corporate Law, Trinity College Dublin, the University of Dublin; Professor Federico Fabbrini, Full Professor of EU Law at the School of Law & Government at DCU and Director of the DCU Brexit Institute; Ken Murphy, Director General, Law Society of Ireland; Maree Gallagher, Solicitor, Covington and Burling; and Professor Christopher McCrudden, Professor of Human Rights and Equality Law, Queen’s University Belfast. The floor will then be opened to all attendees to put questions to the panel
