[1] As there is no place in Co. Armagh called ‘Portglenone’ or any place in Co. Armagh similar to ‘Portglenone’ in either spelling or pronunciation, the Statute Law Revision Programme considers it likely that the reference in this instrument to ‘Portglenone, Co. Armagh’ was a typographical error in the original print version of the instrument. It ought to refer to ‘Portglenone, Co. Antrim’. To preserve the integrity of the text, the Statute Law Revision Programme has not textually amended/corrected the reference to Co. Armagh, but categorises the instrument as belonging to Co. Antrim.
