The Statute Law Revision Programme considers the instruments in this category to be suitable for revocation.

 

This category consists of orders carrying into effect the Dublin Water Supply Act 1845 (8 & 9 Vict.) c. cxciii, a local and personal Act, in particular areas of Dublin. The instruments were made pursuant to section 1 of the Dublin Water Supply Act 1845. This Act remains in force.

The Statute Law Revision Programme consulted with the Department of Housing, Local Government and Heritage on the instruments in this category. The Department agreed that the instruments were suitable for revocation.
